About the concept:

From conversations with my clients, we came up with four words based on what we think most of us experience when we travel, and we made sure those words matched with what St Pete has to offer. I played with these words and manifested them in the design through colors, shapes, and decor selections (a mix of new and vintage): Gratitude, Peace, Joy, and Authenticity. For our clients, it became evident that the building had to be called WE ARE Golands as they identified with the qualities and we started to imagine each guest’s experience being shaped by those intentions.
The outdoors needed to represent all those words as it is where all the guests come together.

AUTHENTIC – with a mix of vintage and new furniture and selected art pieces, this reflects one’s unique gifts planted in the past and transformed and harvested in the present. 
JOYFUL – patterns, shapes, and colors that are meant to uplift your mood and connect you with your playful side.
GRATEFUL CONCEPT – Pink, what we all know as the color of love, gratitude, and love, generates the same good sensations and vibes, so we chose soft, curvy elements that bring out those vibes.
PEACEFUL – natural materials, colors, textures, and lighting to guide you to your zen.
