About the concept:

This property has three bedrooms, two bathrooms, one kitchen on each floor, and one room at the entrance, where we created a co-working and exercise area.

The idea was to create a short-term co-working / co-living space to rent. Taking advantage of the ample space and natural lighting, we changed the paint color, the floor, closet doors, and appliances. In addition, we did some modifications to a wall where we created an opening to open up the space and bring natural light to the entrance of the first floor.
